- SentinelForge AI: the AI-Ops ecosystem that lives inside Epic Edge Platform, covering the full infrastructure lifecycle — build (Forge), watch over (Protect), optimise (Optimize). Three modules share one foundation: an on-premise language engine running open-weight models via Ollama, deterministic execution handled by a separate AWX and Ansible engine, playbooks versioned in Git and tied to the signal that generated them, autonomy policies across three levels, and a complete audit trail. The model never executes commands directly on the infrastructure: it generates a structured plan that a separate execution engine carries out, which is what makes audits, dry runs and revocation before execution possible. - EdgeForge AI (Forge — available, live in production): infrastructure provisioning in natural language on OpenStack and Proxmox VE. Users describe what they need; the system interprets intent, designs the architecture, sizes resources and estimates monthly cost. Once approved, Terraform creates the resources and Ansible installs the software from a library of validated, versioned templates (WordPress HA, MySQL Galera, Kubernetes clusters, VPN Gateway, JupyterHub, PostgreSQL HA, plus custom templates generated dynamically). - CephSentinel AI (Protect — first pilot available): continuous monitoring and operational automation for Ceph fleets, including multi-cluster estates, geographically distributed clusters and remote clusters behind restrictive firewalls reached via a lightweight outbound agent. Its core is the fleet view: a single screen answering "where do I need to look today", with clusters ordered by urgency. A rules layer covers known thresholds while an LLM layer adds context only where it is genuinely needed. Multi-signal correlation links signals that individual thresholds would never connect — a network problem on a rack and OSD flapping on that rack are one incident, not four alerts. Three configurable levels of autonomy per cluster and per customer: autonomous (collection, diagnostics, reporting), supervised (day-to-day operations after explicit approval) and advisory only (the system explains, the operator decides). Dedicated per-cluster credentials, never shared. Works on any production Ceph cluster via CLI or API, regardless of deployment method. - CloudSentinel AI (Optimize — in development, roadmap 2027): predictive oversight and energy efficiency for physical infrastructure. Anomaly detection that learns the normal behaviour of each environment, failure prediction with hours or days of advance warning, automated root cause analysis correlating events across components, and assisted remediation. An energy efficiency component consolidates workloads onto fewer servers without service interruption and automatically produces consumption and emissions reporting per service, in a format designed to align with European sustainability frameworks.
